Syncing files
Some organizations connect cloud storage providers to sync files into a room instead of manual uploads.
SharePoint
Section titled “SharePoint”SharePoint integration is available when your organization has it enabled. A member with integration permissions connects SharePoint; synced content appears in the room folder tree according to your access.
Google Drive
Section titled “Google Drive”Google Drive sync is available when your organization has it enabled. Connect your Google account from the room’s storage settings, choose the Drive folder to sync, and Vor keeps that folder aligned with the room file tree. You only see files your Google account can access.
Box sync is available when your organization has it enabled. Connect Box from the room’s storage settings and select the Box folder to sync into the room. Changes in Box can be picked up on the next sync according to your organization’s setup.
Other providers
Section titled “Other providers”If the seller uses another virtual data room, you can still upload exports to Vor for standalone diligence. Support for additional cloud providers may expand over time—your deal lead or Vor contact can confirm what is enabled for your organization.
