Uploading files and folders
Upload files
Section titled “Upload files”From a room, open the files view and upload documents individually or in bulk. Vor supports common diligence formats including PDFs, Microsoft Office files, email archives (.msg / .eml), and KMZ geospatial files.
Folder structure
Section titled “Folder structure”Organize uploads into folders that mirror your transaction checklist or seller index. Folder navigation preserves permissions — users only see folders and files their role allows.
Processing
Section titled “Processing”After upload, Vor processes documents for search, Q&A, and AI features. Processing status appears on files; large packages may take time to fully index.
